You can also go to Settings → Support in the app. It can attach a short error log, which has no money info in it.
Getting Ember
Ember is coming to the iPhone App Store soon. It’s free to start, with Plus ($3.99/mo) and Premium ($5.99/mo) when you want more. Both start with a free month.
Quick answers
- Import a statement: download a CSV or PDF from your bank’s website, save it to the Files app, then Budget → Import.
- Hide your numbers: tap the eye on the Net Worth tab to show $*** instead of amounts.
- Change your plan: Plan tab → Spending in Retirement, Retirement age, and Assumptions.
- Bridge accounts: on the Plan tab, turn on Bridge accounts. Cash and brokerage count automatically, or mark specific accounts as Bridge on Net Worth.
- Cancel your subscription: iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Ember.
Delete your data
- Data kept only on your iPhone is removed when you delete the app.
- If you created an account, go to Settings → Account → Delete account to remove it and all cloud data.
- Or email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you.
